Galabingoarticlelogo Galabingo.com reveals the nation’s festive buying habitsAccording to Galabingo.com’s most recent study the worst Christmas gifts are purchased by Aunties, nans, and mothers! Gala polled more than 2,000 Brits to find out what the worst gifts were and who gave them and came up with some great research. Apparently, Gala Bingo is one of the best gift givers this season with up to £150k in jackpots, but  some female family members appear to be the biggest offenders. The “worst present buyer” title was won by Aunts and brothers tend to buy bad gifts occasionally, too.

One of the worst Christmas gifts many of the players received were cheap imitations of cosmetics and designer perfumes. Other unpopular gifts included Christmas jumpers, socks, kitchen utensils, and more. Scarf sets, novelty items, car vacuums, and the like also made the list of unwanted gifts.

The most sought after gifts at Gala Bingo this year, beyond the huge jackpots being given away, include cameras, top of the line laptops, mp3 players, and more. Weird and wacky gifts  were received by many players in the poll and most are hoping to get lucky at Gala Bingo so they can buy what they really want this holiday season.

The Xmas Cracker Link Game is worth playing on December 18 at 21:00 hrs and the prizes will be:

1 line – £3k

2 lines – £7k

Full House – £20k

Of course, everyone can’t win, but if you happen to be unlucky and not win may be you will be lucky enough to be in the same club as the winner with the Full House. Then, you can share in the £20k prize fund remaining. That will certainly help get the party started this holiday season.

Remember, you can still get in the holiday spirit at Gala Bingo on other days. The site will be giving away £1,300 jackpots on Monday, December 14, Wednesday, December 16,  Sunday, December 20, Monday, December 21, Wednesday, December 25, Sunday, December 27, and Monday, December 28.
