For some reason and only known to the Joy of Bingo Network, Wink Bingo is to host the next Joy Pot Game scheduled for the 29th April 2011. RedBus Bingo could have hosted the New Years game but Posh Bingo seems to have pinched it from them. So we thought – not illogically; RedBus Bingo would host the next game.
This is apparently not to be and Wink Bingo will be hosting their second Joy Pot in less than a year. I have to admit I am horribly curious as to why this is the deal! Joy Pot was punted as being played once a quarter at each of the sites. Could it be that because the last Joy Pot Full House Prize has not been claimed? Which could mean a historic moment, in which case Wink being the oldest and best established of these sites; they get the Honour?
Not claimed you ask in horrified disbelief?!
That’s right the New Year Joy Pot prize was added to make it £30,000 because of the special date and so that the full house winner could win an entire £25,000 to start off their New Year in the right way – rolling in filthy lucre! The game was duly played and the prize was won but despite having repeatedly tried to get hold of the winner, the site operators has been unable to do this. They have begged and pleaded with the winner to contact them and if this is not done by the 1st March 2011, a minute before midnight; then they will forfeit £25,000!! And this is where the historic moment comes into play!
The money has been budgeted for and is a guaranteed prize so the next Joy Pot game will be a rollover game; meaning a £50,000 prize is up for grabs. Now how do you like them apples?
