Speaking about this deal, KPMG Corporate Finance had advised Buckingham on the sale and said that Betfred was now perfectly positioned to enter a new phase of growth. It is an established brand not only in terms of online bingo, and John Haddock of Betfred said they believe these sites are a great acquisition. They will continue with the “Bucky” brand and business will be as usual; we are hoping that its offers will be stepped up a notch. They also recently linked a new deal with Wagerworks and partner Finsoft for new content at their sites, so this should filter through to the new acquisitions also.
