Players must buy cards in the “Gas, water, and/or Electricity” pattern games to receive a ticket for the month end drawing. Extra tickets will b placed in the drawing for players who win. At the end of the month a drawing takes place and the three players drawn will be contacted and they must send in the most recent copy of their bill to have it paid. The maximum payment made will be £100.
